Relieved to have a plan to correct my failing vision.

The receptionist that checked me in reviewed the charges using my Medicare versus VSP (my vision insurance) to make sure which program worked best for me. The wait time in the lobby was less than 10 minutes. The longest wait was 20 minutes for my eyes to get fully dilated. The Doctor and his staff were very friendly and informative. The entire visit took less than an hour.

I have a risk for narrow angle glaucoma and saw Dr. Wagle for this yesterday. I was so pleased not only with his careful explanation of this condition but he has the most delightful personality. If his surgeon skills are commensurate with his gifts of communication and his gracious personality, I will have been very blessed in the providence of God to have met him and had him as a medical caregiver.

He was very thorough and very respectful.
