Informative, good demeanor, calming

This was my first appt. with Dr. Heden. He is very knowledgeable, explained in detail what I needed to know, is patient with questions answers them all, he puts a patient at ease.....not all health care providers are like that. This makes it easier to ask questions, when you are concerned. I can finally get my cataract surgery.....and had a few questions. Of course I know I will have the surgeon to speak with, also....but this is an office I will go back to. The rest of the staff were very nice, too.....from the receptionist at the desk, when you are checked in, to the lady who performed my eye test (she could not have been nicer), before I saw the Dr. I also have a few worries about glaucoma, but will soon be checked for that. I know this is supposed to be a review of Dr. Hayden ONLY, but all it takes is one rude employee to prevent a patient from ever going back to an office.....this will be one I go back to. I highly recommend Dr. Heden......I trust his expertise.

He was gentle, Im extremely touchy around my eyes, but he gets the job done without pain. And understanding.
