Although Dr. Hansel is an excellent doctor, knowledgeable, active listener, and great patient demeanor, the wait to get into to see him was a bit too long. I understand the extreme measures requited for patient and staff safety due to COVID, but it would be nice to warn incoming patients that they may have to wait an hour from their appointment time to see their doctor.

Friendly staff in all areas. Short wait in waiting room. I have been seeing Dr. Wymore for many years and it is always an excellent visit. He is always friendly and welcoming. And so knowledgeable and professional. It means a lot to have him as my eye dr. and have complete trust in him.

The staff were very safety concious and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Wymore and his technicians performed my diabetic eye check in a quick and efficient manner. Any questions or concerns were addressed in a professional manner.
