I found everyone that I have dealt with quite pleasant. Everyone was helpful and efficient. From the pre cataract surgery visits to the post op visits, I am thoroughly satisfied!

Everyone in the organization makes for a comfortable experience

I called and said I was running late. I was told there is a 15 minute grace period. My appointment was @ 8, I arrived at 8:12 in reception. There was a line so by the time I got to the desk it was 8:16. I was told I was too late. Another receptionist over heard our conversation (me telling the 1st lady that I was told of the grace period and that I'd arrived at 12 after). She confirmed I'd called and that I was in line prior to the deadline. I was then allowed to check in. I felt that had the other intake staff hadn't intervened I would have been turned away. I felt belittled. My actual eye check up was superb.
