I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time. The doctors assistant was calling for me before I had a chance to sit down. Eye exam, dilation and wait time went by with the same efficiency. I met with Dr. Eckhardt and discussed the symptoms we have been tracking for 10 years. She clearly explained that I need a new prescription for my glasses, the symptoms we have been tracking had not changed for the worse and we discussed new issues with eyes for a person my age. This was a prime example of paying close attention to a customers need for efficient use of time and clear, concise communication. ESA is, by far, the best group in our regional area in my opinion and I would highly recommend them. John Arnold

Dr. Fenzl and his staff do a very comprehensive evaluation an are as friendly as I needed without coddling, explaining everything that was happening. Regarding the surgery itself, Dr. Fenzl is an excellent surgeon, keeping concerned about aftercare and success for me. At this point, I couldnt recommend them more.
