My experience was wonderful, I did not have any worries or concerns before,during or after surgery. The transformation is totally unbelievable I can see better than I have in years.

Dr. Hansel and the entire staff were great. It was an incredibly professional environment, I felt like my personal needs were met and not just shuttled through, and I felt like I was important to them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. kluver found Tears in my retina during my 6th month check up and referred me to University Hospitals where the did laser treatment to keep it from progressing. If he had not done that, my retina could have detached causing more serious problems. I am very grateful for his diligence.

Dr Hansel and staff are all very personable, knowledgeable, and caring. With that being said, I never look forward to my annual exam due to excessive wait time. Last years wait time was over an hour. This year, my entire appointment took one hour; 25 minutes spent lobby waiting.
