Everyone in the organization makes for a comfortable experience

I called and said I was running late. I was told there is a 15 minute grace period. My appointment was @ 8, I arrived at 8:12 in reception. There was a line so by the time I got to the desk it was 8:16. I was told I was too late. Another receptionist over heard our conversation (me telling the 1st lady that I was told of the grace period and that I'd arrived at 12 after). She confirmed I'd called and that I was in line prior to the deadline. I was then allowed to check in. I felt that had the other intake staff hadn't intervened I would have been turned away. I felt belittled. My actual eye check up was superb.

Prompt, short wait. My Dr. Wymore's associate was very thorough, professional, answered all of my questions and in inspired confidence in her. Dr. Wymore was very attentive to my concerns, gave a thorough examination, answered questions in a way that gave me confidence in him--as always!
