Everything. And the sample eye drops that they gave make my eyes feel much better. They gave me refresh optics mega-3 which I have used first. Have not tried the refresh digital PF which I have not tried yet. I was on the refresh relieve PF before. What I liked most was in the morning when I wake up my eyes didnt feel like they had sand in them. And the warm clean wash cloth at AM PM is also a great help. Should I continue on the mega3 ?
