Dr Hansel was pleasant, explained things well, easy to talk to. I plan to keep seeing him in the future.

I was referred to Dr. Boehm by my Optometrist, Dr. Kluever, after an annual exam in the Spring of 2026. The vision in my right eye had deteriorated significantly since cataract surgery 5 yrs prior. It was discouraging! When I had my 1st appt with Dr. Boehm he was professional and reassuring that a special Laser surgery to clean up the scaring in my eye would be successful. And it was! I can see so much better now.The procedure itself only takes about 5 minutes, and Dr. Boehm was very helpful in getting me set up to begin the procedure. During the procedure, if I made any sounds like I was uncomfortable, he would stop and ask me if I was OK.
