Dr Hansel and staff are all very personable, knowledgeable, and caring. With that being said, I never look forward to my annual exam due to excessive wait time. Last years wait time was over an hour. This year, my entire appointment took one hour; 25 minutes spent lobby waiting.

I met with Sara, who directed me through upcoming cataract surgery. She was compassionate, efficient and very well informed about all aspects of cataract surgery.
