Dr Hansel obviously knows what hes doing. He is very personal and caring.

Dr. Hansel is very personable, listens to your questions while explaining in a understandable manner.
Professional and pleasant employees. The wait times are very long, better scheduling would be great. Wait 10-15 min, seen by a tech. Wait another 20-25 for Dr. We were there an hour or so and spent ~15 minutes with staff. Surgery center is great and provided detailed yet simplified instructions.
