The Dr. Frederick and all of his staff are awesome, Everyone has a great attitude/personality, Dr. Frederick makes you feel like youre his only patient. He talks with you not to you, explains everything so you can understand it, makes you feel at ease. The surgery team was excellent as well. They are really the A Team . It has been five days since I had surgery and I am so happy with the results. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Frederick to everyone. I would like to say thank you again. Professional, thorough, and informative for my PRK procedure! Due to a cancellation, they were even able to call to get me in for a procedure the same day as my PRK consultation- I was thrilled! The team was quick and efficient, but kind and helpful. The procedure was as comfortable as an eye procedure could be, and any bumps Ive encountered along the way have been addressed quickly! Sarah, the lasik nurse, has been especially helpful. My surgeon, Dr. Baumann, was personable and kind, but also very knowledgeable. Im very pleased so far and would recommend them to anyone! I went from -5.75 to able to drive without glasses in a week! Wild!

The only problem I have is there are so many places to go. Istead of just one room you have to go to several rooms. It is.hard when you are handicapped.

Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. You never have that long of a wait and there is always an apology if they are running behind.
