Waited no more than five minutes in the waiting room; in any of the waiting rooms.Strictly business this time (technician) but it varies with different people.Dr. Elshatory is genial, but business like, wasting no time. I am there to have my eyes taken care of, and I feel people make an honest effort to do their level best on my behalf.06/05/20 Waited a bit longer, but they are beginning to accommodate more people in this social distancing way. Dr. Elshatory addressed my concern about the discomfort in my right eye for a lengthy time after the last shot. It helped.
