I have always dreaded going to the eye doctor and would become very anxious until I started going to Dr. Kluver. He is friendly, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. He has such an outgoing personality that he makes me feel comfortable and at ease every time I have an eye appointment. He answers any question I have so I can understand my situation. Now I look forward to my eye exams. I tell all my friends how much I like my eye doctor. I would highly recommend Dr Kluver.

I had an appointment for 9:15 AM for glasses repair. This was 1st time available, which was 4 days after I call. I arrived at 9:11 AM. I was called to the repair desk at 9:21 AM. The person that worked on my glasses was pleasant and professional. I would like when I am given a time slot, that time is honored.
