Dr Hansel is very thorough in his eye exams and explanation of findings and recommendations. All staff are courteous and friendly.
Everyone is so kind, welcoming and VERY helpful. When I needed to get new glasses, the gal went thru my insurance coverage, line by line, to make sure we picked out what was covered. As I said, Very helpful! Dana

Doctor Hansel always is precise in his examinations. And he clearly explains the medical situation and the necessary actions to remedy it. Doctor Hansel listens to your concerns and symptoms and gives you a choice of solutions if various solutions are available.

My exam was very through and answered my questions to my satisfaction. Dr. was very polite, professional and informative. I explained that I was very pleased with my cataract surgery one year ago and the follow up care after. He also checked my macular degeneration and explained no change from a year ago.
