I called requesting an appointment because my left eye was extremely inflamed, reddened, burning and itching. The initial person I spoke to listened to my concerns and told me the triage nurse would call me back. I received a call within half an hour and an appointment to see Dr. Baldwin the following day. Dr. Baldwin gave me a very thorough evaluation, prescribed eye drops and a salve to help with the redness of the skin around my eye. I experienced relief within 24 hours of beginning the medication and continue to see improvement. I value having Dr. Baldwin as my primary provider for my eye care. He is attentive, caring, honest and professional.
