Was impressed with the COVID-19 procedures in place to ensure that patients/staff/external customers' health and well-being were at the forefront. I did, however, have to wait 30 minutes before being called to the back and my appt was at 8:10 so I thought I would get right in. Then, of course, you have to wait for your eyes to dilate. This eats up a lot of 'out of office' time for me, especially when I am from out of town. I thought I could be in and out and back to my job within 2 hours being first thing in the morning, not the case. I definitely don't want to the patient/doctor time compromised to speed up wait time.
