I came in to pick up a new pair of glasses. I was taken care of quickly. After wearing the glasses for a few days, I needed to have them adjusted as the glasses were rubbing one ear. The person on the optical department assessed what was needed to relieve the pain and adjusted the glasses. I have had them for a few days since with no issues.
