I encountered helpful staff at the front desk as I checked in. I was given an efficient pre-exam the technician gathered updated information from me. It appeared the technician thoroughly completed recorded all pertinent information on my records; she asked good questions. I met my new Doctor and enjoyed meeting her. She did all the testing and then, after recording everything on the computer, she discussed updated me on the conditions I have, what my options are and shared recommendations. She asked me about the eye drops I use. She recommended an update on the Systane drops be sure to use the Refresh Gel Drops for nighttime.
