Very little waiting time; all staff was very efficient (right from the receptionist to the nursing staff who helped Dr. O'Malley.

It was a fast, simple, and painless experience, and the results are incredible. Dr. Repp explained every phase of the process, and presented me with options. She was very thorough in her explanations. I highly recommend her.
