Initial screening was right on-time and much less rushed or processed than last time - thanks!After that, the guide tole me I was the first appointment for Dr. Isgrig so it would only be a few minutes. I waited 25 minutes in that waiting room for some reason. That seemed excessive, especially since I was the first to be seated and four other patients came and went while I was there. I listened to half of Murder She Wrote and the start of Charlies Angels. Also my driver was waiting in the parking lot much longer than I told her she would:( No explanation or apology was given for the delay (that would have helped).Im not complaining; often doctors have priority interrupts. But you sent me the survey so Im sharing the negative experience:)
