Ive been seeing Dr. OMalley for 7 plus years for AMD and he is great. So patient, kind and understanding. He is always willing to answer questions. I would highly recommend him.

I get an annual eye exam every year. This year, it was a good experience, but I felt a little out of place with the woman who assisted me with in getting and ordering my glasses. I felt I was judged for the Insurance company in which I have. I dont hold it against ESA but the lady whom I dealt with face to face could polish up on her manners and not be so judgemental to the customers/clients. I cant think of anyone who looks forward to getting an eye exam. I dont, but I have to do it regardless every year. ESA is a professionally runned company with the top doctors in their field. This is why I choose ESA and not Americas Best, or Vision for Less. I just ask not to be judged on my Insurance company that I have. If I could have top notch vision insurance I would. But I have what I can afford. Not everyone in this area has a 6-figure income. Some of us are barely getting by financially. Please have some of the opticians in the glasses area check their manners before they get with the customers because if theyre tired or distracted or thinking about whats waiting at home, their tone of voice will be visible. And no one wants to be seen as a bother or ANOTHER customer to deal with.
