First of all, I was called a few minutes BEFORE my appointment time -- a first! Alisa (sp) did an excellent and thorough job of prepping for Dr. Benevento who also did an excellent and reassuring job of explaining a tentative procedure that could be scary to someone like myself. Fortunately, his knowledge and experience are definite factors in making an appropriate decision.
