The staff is very friendly and informative. They explained what the procedure would be and how much it would cost and showed interest and concern. After my first procedure the doctor, Dr Davenport, even called me at home to see how I was feeling and if everything was okay. He even said if there were any complications or concerns to call them anytime of the day and they had people who would address them. I would recommend ESA highly!
