Picking it up was easy however, pretty disappointed that every other eye care place Ive been to at least gives you a case and some solution and a trial box with your trial contact lens. I was told to ask the gals at the optical desk if they had any clear care or any solution so that way I would have something they told me that they dont have anything to give when you get your trials. I was told to put it back into the foil packaging if it bothered my eyes after putting it into my eye because theres some solution in the trial packaging.

I got in on time, was seen in a timely manner, and the appt was over. Bing, bang, boom.

I highly recommend Dr. Fenzl. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the 2 cataract replacement procedures (one which also required laser surgery). I have had a significant improvement in my vision, with minimal discomfort during each procedure and recovery. The attending surgical staff was supportive and very efficient. Post-op care was also excellent. Personnel were able to answer all my questions regarding recovery time and scheduling of medications (eye drops). A helpful Dos and Dont list was provided to ensure a successful and rapid recovery to better sight.
