I went to the optical dept. and didn't know an appt was needed. Caroline worked me in and was very helpful in helping me choose frames. She felt bad that I have no vision insurance and took the time to suggest some options for me. She was very caring and professional and I feel I received awesome service.

My eye exam was very thorough and the doctor and his assistant were very cordial and helpful.
