I had a scary incident and called the Eye Surgeons Associates immediately close to their closing hour. They took the time to ask questions, calm me down, and set up an appointment right away. I then received two phone calls that evening making sure everything was okay.Excellent!!

We did not have a long wait. The technicians were personable. They gave directions clearly and concisely. They reported their findings as the tests were completed. They patiently answered all our questions. We were encouraged by the preventative care measures they recommended.

Dr. Katherine Dunne and staff at the Geneseo office are amazing. They actually LISTEN to what I am saying instead of just going through the motions.
