My recent cataract surgery and 2 follow-up appointments were pleasant and handled professionally. Your staff answered any ?s that I had, and other info I didn't think to ask. I am scheduled to have a second cataract surgery in a week or so, and I have no qualms about anything concerning that!Update: After the second surgery now, and all is well! ESA staff are all professional and are helpful if somebody is worried about eye surgery (I wasn't, and glad I didn't put it off!)
