Very concise in explaining the injury to eye and also the treatment plan. Gave detailed instructions on using medication prescribed and what the outcome should be and when improvement should be expected. Easy to understand even with a mask on! Very considerate and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I might add that I had to go through the exchange as the office was closed in Geneseo where we usually go. Got a reply quickly and was able to get to Bettendorf before they closed. Very thorough exam! Also informed me to call if things were not getting better and someone on call would see me over the weekend.

He did a great job of reassuring me of the need for the procedure but then explained it in such clear way that I came into the procedure without the stress I might have come to the day.Everything went just as he explained it.
