The doctor at this facility, Paul Mann has no integrity whatsoever. He botched my Lasik surgery 8 years ago by making my dominant eye my reading eye. This is contrary to their own protocol. Surprise, only 4 years after the surgery my right eye had become my distance eye. I started wearing reading glasses 4 years after the surgery. Then he lied and denied doing it. I would discourage anyone from going to this place.

The doctor at this facility, Dr. Paul Mann, has no integrity whatsoever. He botched my lasik surgery 8 years ago and not only refuses to fix it but lies and denies any wrongdoing. He did my surgery backwards and made my dominant eye my reading eye. This is contrary to their own protocol. Surprise, my dominant eye has become my distance eye and I have no reading at all. I would not suggest anyone go to this place.

I thought about getting LASIK for years before I finally decided it was time. Everyone I know who has had LASIK is 100% satisfied with the results. And now I am also 100% satisfied with my result! Really, it seems miraculous to me that I now have 20/20 vision! The whole process from the consultation to the post-op visits has been smooth and pleasant. The staff are all wonderful, caring people. Everyone there has warm, soothing personalities. They completely put me at ease and I felt right at home. Dr. Mike Mann performed my surgery. I would like to commend my entire surgical team. They were all wonderful: Dr. Mike Mann-Surgeon Drs. Dana Ondrias & Sabrina Charrier-Pre-test and Post-op Angelique-Laser Tech MayLing-Laser Tech Maya-Prep and Instructions Victoria-Check In and appointments Justin-Flow and Instructions The surgery itself was surprisingly comfortable. I was told that I may feel pressure, but I guess my eyes were so numb from the drops they gave me beforehand, that I really did not feel a thing. They gave me 10 mg of valium pre-operatively, so after the procedure I enjoyed a little nap. After I woke that afternoon, I peeked out from behind my eye shields, and I already had my miracle moment. I could see across the room! Of course, it was even better the next morning. My only LASIK regret is that I did not do it years sooner. The freedom from glasses is amazing. Now I am wholeheartedly recommending this procedure to everyone I know who wears glasses or contacts, and I am referring my local friends to Mann Eye Institute, without hesitation.

I signed up just to warn anybody from going to the most unprofessional place ever. You're better off going to the optamologist at Walmart...save your money and use your insurance anywhere else but there. Horrible customer service starting with the idiot receptionist Jasmine. The evaluation is not done by the doctor, 98% by the assistant, who bless her heart, tried her best but took forever. The doctor finally came in for 2 min, signed off and that's it. There was an issue with my payment, then the receptionist discouraged me to order from them and sent me to Costco. She then had to reibmurse me because she accidentally charged me twice. The refund took several days to be deposited. I needed a glasses prescription and they took almost 2 weeks to get it to me -- am I asking for the stars?? I called one last time and Jasmine answered, didn't apologize and once I got the prescription, I complained and she said "well i'm sorry you feel that way". <br><br>Anyway, just turn away...they don't deserve your business. <br><br>RUN!
