I have been going to Mann Eye for years as Dr. Mann had to do surgery years ago to remove nodules from my eyes. I showed up this morning for my appointment and asked if they would accept a check as my credit card information had been stolen the day before. I understand that as a general rule they don't take checks. The thing is, I even had an email from Chase saying due to Fraud they were sending a new card. Nope, no acceptations. So sad that after being a patient for 8 years and the circumstances they won't make allowances. I will not be returning.

Do not go here if you are mobility impaired. Its 2023 but they act like theyve never seen a wheelchair. Get ready to dead-lift your loved one multiple times for routine procedures.Plus, no family bathroom in which to assist 92 yr old mom. Gotta take her to the mens room and the stall was too small to maneuver. These are not insignificant things for a large MEDICAL facility to consider, but, despite the ADA, they have not. Plus they were running 30 min. behind schedule for a 9 am appt(!)- a big deal for us, and no one ever acknowledged or diplomatically apologized. Just routine biz.

Cleveland, Texas store ripp off, avoid at all costs. Paid1,120.oo for my glasses, picked up, they where unusable, took them back .Was told managr would get a hold of me on Monday, no one called. I called on wednesday, was told new day i would recieve a call. Today is friday, still no call, what a way to treat a 68 year old Veteran. If they need to ripp off an old man, i hope they enjoy my money.

The service of the staff is friendly and top-notch. I will however not be able to continue with Mann Eye Institute services. They are in network with my vision provider but refuse to honor their pricing and overcharge on my visits. I have had the same insurance for 10 years and have never had an issue until visiting Mann. I will not be back.
