My wife and I went for eye exams, we were in network, but they charged my wife out of network. We complained, they filed anew, but now they claim thw difference is because my wife told them she was experiencing dry eye. No additional exams performed from the exam. Still dealing with this issue for 5 months. On my exam, they originally were going to charge me out of network, but I caught it before they charged my cc.

Very Disappointed, I last went to see the doctor January 15 on a Monday. I have a certain condition in my eyes that I have been taking Botox injections for to freeze my muscles because of spasms on my eyes. The doctor and his assistant said that they were going to send it to my insurance for approval. I never got a response back. I called 3 to 4 times and never got a respond back. This process has been approved prior to going to clinic by Berkeley Nobody has ever reached out to me until about a couple of days ago. I get a nurse or somebody of the staff office calling me to tell me that Dr. RYAN Abitmouna And the other doctors are no longer performing this procedure. I have a lot of problems with my eye spasming, and closing shut without my control. It would have been nice for them to have give me some kind of update more than three months four months later very upset with the service that I received. It would have been nice to have known this prior to, having to wait from January till April ! Just very disappointed with the service that I individually received in this matter

I went in for a check up alone. The man told me he was going to dialate my eyes. I told him I did not have a driver, I was by myself. He then told me I would be just fine not to worry. However, that was not the case. They gave me no protective eyewear to wear out in the sun. I could not see to drive home. I was scared crying in my car. That was so wrong and very dangerous
