Customer service is not good. They do not know their own policies and do not honor what they tell customers. They are very overpriced too.

Dr. Tammy was great, but I changed my mind about some glasses I had ordered and never received my full refund. I was told to contact the one person in charge of billing and was never able to talk to her. I called and left voicemails multiple times and never received a call back. It's been over a month now and still haven't heard back. Horrible service when it comes to refunds or just trying to get your money back.

If I could give a zero, I would. I went for a medical eye examination because I couldn't handle what I am going through anymore. I was prescribed some drops and the pharmacy needed some additional info. Two weeks later, they still haven't sent the paperwork to the pharmacy (which I know faxes the request daily). I wasted my time and money by going to this place. Now, I need to go somewhere else to help me get some relief. I want my noney back! I will NEVER go back to this place again!
