Ive been seeing Dr. Ustick for several months for dry eye. Shes fantastic! Very friendly, great bedside manner and answers all of my questions. She has an impressive biography on the website describing her education and experience.Youre greeted by the front desk employees who are very friendly and helpful. Every staff member I interact with during my appointment is very professional, friendly and provides excellent customer service! A very different environment than Houston Eye Associates where you spend 1.5+ hours in the lobby, 10 minutes with the doctor and subpar customer service overall.I highly recommend Dr. Ustick and the Mann Eye Institute located at 750 Westgreen Boulevard in Katy.
