My appointment was pleasant and professional. I did notice that I had to re-explain my situation twice after the first time, which surprised me quite a bit as I thought the 1st tech would pass it on to the doctor and then she would pass on to Dr. Mann, which didnt happen. This is not intended to be a negative comment but one feedback from a new patient who assumed a smoother transition with the three parties who spent time with me.I did appreciate Dr. Mann stating that the Trabeculectomy Phacoemulsification/IOL performed at DeBakey VA Hospital by Dr. Biggerstaff was very good. Thank you all for the appointment.

My first time going to Mann Eye and I thought they did a really good job. They answered my questions, tried to get to know my history (eye related) and overall made me feel that my eyes are in good shape.
