I went in for a check up alone. The man told me he was going to dialate my eyes. I told him I did not have a driver, I was by myself. He then told me I would be just fine not to worry. However, that was not the case. They gave me no protective eyewear to wear out in the sun. I could not see to drive home. I was scared crying in my car. That was so wrong and very dangerous

I tried to call and speak to a live representative to make an appointment and all I was offered was texting a live representative but when I texted nobody responded back to me. What a joke this place is

I couldnt be more disappointed in my visit here. I scheduled an appointment for 8am. I had an eye emergency. At 8:45, the doctor (Dr. Claire Chang) still had not saw me. When I saw her, she was eating her breakfast, talking to her co- worker and its beyond frustrating. As a patient, if you are 45 mins late, you will be charged or rescheduled. This is beyond unprofessional and a lack of respect for the patients time. I had to schedule another appointment down the street simply because there was no urgency. On top of that I had to pay for parking, only to not be serviced. Beyond disappointing.

I went weeks ago for an evaluation to see if I qualified for LASIK I asked all the questions and made sure they knew my history they said I was okay. I was very excitedly waiting for my surgery. They decided to cancel the day before because of my problems, the actual doctor didn't even tell me someone else did. So apparently they just decided to lie and lead me on from the first evaluation, I'm so frustrated and feel scammed. Anyone with Lupus or Arthritis don't go here.
