Mixed review. The office staff was friendly and the doctor seemed competent. However, everything else was very frustrating. I was asked to use a portal on their website. After numerous, failed attempts to log in, I called only to be told that they dont use that anymore. Not sure why you would hand out instructions and have it on your website, but okay. I was told instead to use a new service. That too did not work. At this point, mailing the forms would have been faster. Lastly, I found it very difficult to connect with the patient coordinator to schedule the procedure. As this implies, I was doing all of the calling. I never got a call back. In the end, I just went with another doctors office.

I used to love this place. Ive been coming here for years. Clean, organized, friendly, and fast. Always in and out of my eye exams in an hour or less. But today felt like I was in a nail salon and constantly haggled to add a $45 additional service. In my past appointments Ive never had to pay anything or get my eyes dilated so that I can go back to work. But today was told to reschedule and come back after being there for an hour and had to pay for parking.Would not recommend this place if this is how business is being handled now.

Gave an extra star because the facility itself and most of the staff are very nice, but man(n), do I regret going here for Lasik. About a year after I had it done, my vision started to deteriorate. I called to set up an appointment, but their first available appointment was about 13 months after my procedure, so they wouldn't cover anything, since adjustments are only covered for 12 months after Lasik. In fact, they wanted to charge me extra because it was not my first time getting Lasik. After I had it done for the second time, the same thing happened about a year later. I can't afford to pay for Lasik again so I'm just outta luck. They claim it's incredibly rare to even need one adjustment, but I wish I had gone to one of the many places that cover adjustments for life. It's really unfortunate.Edit: despite their response, Mann Eye never reached out to me. Disappointing but not surprising.

Before I scheduled my appointment with Mann Eye for Lasik, I sought out all necessary information. My doctor recommended Mann Eye as the best option as he said that some of his patients experienced complications elsewhere. During my pre-visit a medical assistant conducted my examination and the optometrist confirmed I was a perfect candidate for Lasik. The surgery counselor was nice and provided me with a pamphlet, assuring me that she would schedule off all of visits with my doctor and be available via call or text for any questions that I may have. However, one week before my lasik, I was feeling anxious not having any additional information with the surgery fast approaching. I contacted the counselor via text and call to which she took an entire day to respond and proceeded to tell me all of the information was in the pamphlet. On the day of the surgery, the front office staff was welcoming, and provided me with a goodie bag. Unfortunately, the surgeon treated me as a mere transaction. When I notified him of my concerns during the procedure, his responses were not comforting at all. Thankfully a girl that worked in the office was called in to hold my hand and calm my nerves. However, I really did not appreciate the fact that the surgeon was being snarky towards me whilst operating on me. Mann Eye claims that you'll have perfect vision right away, you can go back to work as usual, and continue your daily life... LIES. After you pay, the truth comes out. It took me about 2-3 weeks to recover, and I ended up with 20/25 vision. I was told that lasik will not fix my astigmatism. I was told that 1 of my eyes needs a bit more correction (which is covered in my warranty) however it would thin my eye out and it is not recommended. All of this... AFTER YOU PAY.
