Parking directions and tips on what level to park on would be very helpful in the new building. The staff is very friendly and take great care of all clients. However, the it would be helpful if appointments were scheduled in a way that people aren't waiting around for so long to be seen. .

Last year it took 15 min to see the doctor, this year it's over an hr I thimk it's over booked.

This place was great other than waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time. Due to unforeseen events I had to bring my toddler with me and he was not a fan of the wait either. However the front staff did everything they could to help me keep him happy. They brought him coloring books and crayons, they offered to keep him company in the exam room if he got upset, at one point I had to take my phone (that he was watching videos on) to respond to an urgent matter and he about lost his mind, so the front desk lady even offered to let him use her phone! The visit with the assistant was quick yet thorough, she really seemed to know what she was doing and the doctor was also great. He didn't push me to buy things or do any procedures or follow ups that he didn't think I needed and gave me my prescription without pressuring me to buy glasses from them to get it. I only took away one star because of the wait. It's very important to me to set reasonable appointment times, if you know you're running behind, you should call the patient and let them know so they don't have to sit in a crowded waiting room for a long time.
