The waiting was a little longer than I have previously experienced. It took a little over an hour from check-in to check-out. Most of the staff and the doctor were very professional. However, the assistant who first performed my vision tests was a little rude. Perhaps she was just having a bad day.

Would have been 5 stars, but 1 star less for each of the following:1. I think I have been there 3 times in 2022, but I once waited more than 60 minutes before getting seen

The facility has been nicely renovated and some equipment updated. The new software also allows customers to receive their records electronically through the web interface.Dr. Baumohl is professional and friendly, explaining any abnormalities along with recommendations.My experience is that billing is fair and accurate for VSP and UHC plans.

I loved the thorough eye exam I was given, unfortunately I have to go back because Im still having a problem reading or even seeing larger letters with my contacts. I am happy that the staff was able to get me another appointment quickly.
