I had Lasik done here 10 years ago and it was the best. However, my eyes have shifted and I called to get an appointment to try out contacts. I was told I needed an entirely new, full appointment even though it had only been 7 months. I had them schedule me with a doctor, went to my appointment, and while I was paying, realized I did not have a prescription for contacts, only bi-focals. I was told that the doctor could not prescribe contacts and I would need to schedule another appointment with their optometrist. $180 and two hours later, I still had no contact prescription, when that is all I wanted. I have been waiting to hear back from the office about the email I sent them about this, but it seems I will keep waiting.

Friendly, professional staff with prompt service. No pressure or up-sale of their products. They offer a good product for a fair price. Highly recommend this location.

I was pleased with my eye exam visit. This was my first time here and everything went smoothly. The office staff was very professional and helpful, especially Emily. I didn't wait too long and was able to schedule easily. Location is convenient, easy to find, and parking is free in the garage!Dr. Tan was very compassionate, patient, approachable, professional and thorough. I believe the tech was Celeste? and she was very good as well. I appreciated how caring and compassionately she handled my initial exam. I was very thankful for the kind, compassionate care from Jamie (Clinic Administrator) who went out of her way to help me get my needs met. I observed her multi-tasking while providing exceptional customer service! I was not very impressed with the selection of glasses to choose from. Although there were a lot of glasses, I could not find the cat eye type glasses that I was looking for. Thus, I had to take my prescription to another location to get my glasses. I was not aware that I needed my PD measurement in order to order glasses online. When I came back to the office another day to ask for my PD measurement, the optician advised that they do not provide the PD measurement unless you get your glasses from them, due to liability. This was very disappointing and presented quite a dilemma for me since they did not have any glasses that I really wanted.That was quite a little ordeal and a lesson in PD measurement. I got my needs met, thankfully.
