I normally really like the staff and service at Mann Eye, but Monday...I felt the service was horrible (wait time over an hour) and the staff had really crappy attitudes and I noticed a couple of them that I had never dealt with. I hope this was just a one time problem and not going to be an ongoing issue. One girl wouldnt even look at me when I spoke to her, which I felt was very rude. But the doctor is always nice and professional.

Went for eye exam at Mann Eye Institute. Doctor other staff members were polite courteous; however, wait time was longer for me. They do not have OCT machine which is the only minus point.

Everyone in the office was Great but I have to give a 5 star to Angie !!! She was GREAT! Always nice to have someone that has a sense of humor, someone that talks to you, gets to know you and your family and truly helps you and not whisks you in and out like a herd of cattle. Thank you ANGIE in the Spring office on FM2920. I definitely recommend her to anyone! Dr. B is awesome and I love the fact that he explains everything to you !
