I found all of the people working there to be knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly.However , they waited until I had picked out frames etc, and was getting ready to pay to let me know that our insurance didnt accept them. Therefore I would not get the 50 percent discount I got the last time from another establishment. I would have appreciated this pertinent information in advance.
