Everyone is nice including Melody who checked me in, Mariela who gave me the zoom information session, dr. Mann, dr. Sturk and other staffs( sorry dont remember their names. Please give them more pto :) )By yhe way, thank you Molody for recording the video for me!I got a good deal overall but $180 for 2 eye drops and a cheap $10 sunglasses is too much. I would expect more eye drops because it only lasted me for a week and would expect a better sunglasses for the price. If i knew that was the case before the operation, i would definitely get eye drops myself because for the money i could easily get 3 months supply of preservative free eye drops and a way better quality sunglasses.I was super nervous and worried about it because i dont want to be blind. The procedure itself is pretty quick. I do feel a lot of pressure when they put the ring on me though, which is the most uncomfortable part. I can smell the burning. Other than that, everything else is good.

Well it changed managements, and names plus staff. They change over did have some hiccups but have worked itself out now. They are super about communications. Friendly staff as well. Things I do wish, is they upgrade the gate/ keyfob system to a system that we can use our phone one. One that deliverys can access the package room 24/7. The fridges were bigger with more space. But overall nice apartments

The folks here are personable and speak clearly regarding the issues of eyesight and how to correct them. Their costs are also pretty clearly laid out, so no real surprises in that area.

I normally rate Mann Eye at a 5, but this time there were some problems with the technician, who had difficulty getting an accurate reading for my glaucoma eye pressure, using two different devices and finally calling another tech to complete the exam. I appreciate his being willing to turn it over to another, but it made for a longer, more stressful examination than should have been.
