12.24.25 First visit to this location. The front desk staff ladies were nice and polite. The wait time was long. (Waited 1 hour past my appointment time) The exam was very thorough. Seeing Dr. Jhaver is always awesome. I love the way she explains everything and answers all your questions. I only came to this location because Dr. Jhaver was at this location today.

A little confusion in regards to what kind of services I was receiving, but we all got on same page and we figured it out and yes, I would return back to Mann Eye institute.

Location was really nice inside, waiting room was very relaxing and so soothing. Once you get back into the back though its very clinical not a lot of communication about whats going onjust verbal instructions to sit here, dont move, dont breathe, dont blink, and then to the next machine for the same. I think there were a total of six machines I was put in front of. So, after about an hour of doing all of that, youre taken to another room to wait to see the doctor. Doctor comes in looks in your eyes, gives the person typing notes some medical jargon, about what I can only assume is what hes seeing inside my eyes, but not a whole lot of conversation or explanation with me. The doctor spent less than five minutes with me and then Im escorted back to the waiting room to meet with the person whos going to schedule surgery. I think it should be a little more informative, more clarification on whats happening without feeling like youre inconveniencing them.
