I felt rushed or my questions were aggravating the doc, and didnt fully understand the necessity or prognosis of deciding to get procedure done...felt like there was a personality clash between myself and the doc...the office called me back, and did apologize, and stated they do not wish to reflect my perception of not caring for their patients concerns, and also said their doctor doesnt wish to project apathy for what the patients think or feel.
