Front staff, assistants and doctors are amazing. Dr. Burr is so sweet, patient and explains everything. Took off 1 star because actually purchasing glasses here was a very bad experience for me. They knowingly sell poor quality glasses, then when you go back they say, yes, they know those particular ones are no good and break very easily. Now I'm stuck paying full price after already spending $300 because I wasted up my insurance benefit on these horrible, defective frames.Come for the docs for sure! But don't purchase anything from here.

Their operation needs to be improved drastically The waiting time was like forever You can never get your eye checked on time They give you does not make any sense charges With a "nice attitude" on their face The doctors here are nice but not professional They do not have excellent technique
