The staff were very through and professional during the exams. My only complaint is that the issues with Ocular Migraines and why I was seeing a White outline of a circle and kind of a spider web when I opened my left eye were not addressed by the doctor... I will be back there in six months to have my Cataract looked at... Overall I would tell all my friends that the Mann Institute is the 1st place they should go for their eye care.

I really like the doctors - although my vision did not turn out exactly like i'd hope with the first treatment I am looking forward to getting it fixed this time around.Though I must say, in regards to staff, no one ever called me to schedule my 2nd surgery nor to follow up on my last visit. Not the same customer care as when I first visited last year. Looks like I will have to stay on top of it.

Dr. Bau;mohl and his staff are the BEST My husband and I have been loyal patients even long before this location linked up with Mann. We have also used them for probably at least a dozen pairs of glasses over the years. They are located only 3 miles from our house. Now, however, we will not be using them to fill any future changes in prescriptions that Dr. Baumohl finds necessary. We used to be able to get our new prescription filled within a week and if we chose to continue to use the same frames, Our new lenses were always ready within a week and were ground right there at that site - usually within about 30 minutes tops. Now, however, they no longer are able to offer that extra service. This time we had to wait 12 days then we had to go all the way to Humble - more than 10 miles - wait more than hour to get the lenses ground - leave noting that something was definitely not right - going back to our wonderful regular location on FM2920 -to have them check the prescription just to find out that the Right lense was not even the NEW prescription - now we will have to wait another week. We also asked for an invoice when at the Humble location only to be told that they couldn't give us one because they were not on the same system as our location on FM2920. Don't get me wrong - we will continue to always go to Dr. Baumohl and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about ALL of his staff - but we will most likely now have to go to someone like TSO to get our future prescriptions filled. I'm VERY sad about these new changes - they are definitely NOT in the interest of the patients. SOOOOO sad!

They're really professional, clean, and friendly. I visited Parmer Eye a year and a half ago and was completely afraid to "waste" my time going to an eye center. Mann Eye was very thorough, from the front desk to the tech and Dr. Beavers. I picked out some cute glasses and with insurance it wasn't too expensive. I just wish that I had a little bit bigger of a selection! <br><br>Thanks for restoring my faith in Eye centers.
