Every staff member I encountered during my first visit here was awesome. They were super nice and informative. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Bonus, they give a little gift bag when you check-in to Yelp, yah! I plan to make this my primary eye doctor. They did extensive testing, testing I have never had before, and I get exams every year.

My husband just had Lasik surgery done yesterday and after the follow up appointment today, he now has 20/10 vision! I'd say that is incredible. My husband went outside last night and cried because he could see everything clearly. He spent 20+ years behind glasses and contacts, and Mann Eye has made his dream a reality. <br><br>The doctors are professional and the staff is friendly. All in all, it was a great job with an even greater outcome. The ONLY reason I am not giving this 5 stars is due to the staff failing to notify us when his surgery began so we could go back and experience this special time with him. Jara, one of the assistants, stated she would come get us before the surgery and it never happened. We had the camera ready and front desk knew this as well. I felt like that robbed his family and myself of this life-changing moment, especially his parents who have been waiting years to be able to afford this for him. <br><br>She did apologize today at the follow up appointment but it doesn't take back missing out on that experience with him. All in all, I would highly recommend Mann Eye Institite for your corrective eye issues.

My mom recently was seen at this location. The assistant who took her back was friendly and listened to all my mothers concerns. She loved the Doctor! Dr Melton was friendly and funny and answered all my moms questions. There was a little bit of a wait but nothing that threw our schedule off. And for the service provided it was worth it. We will be seeing Dr Melton for all of our check ups

The staff at Mann Eye Institute are professional, efficient and have a sense of humor that kept me in stitches from the time I walked In. Mary Ann,Stephanie, David and Susan, are A+ and Mann Eye is fortunate to have such a great staff. I was in and out without a hitch. It is the cleanest and most modern facility I've ever been in. No worries, you will love it. Thanks to the readers they provided for me when I walked in, I was actually able to see how to complete the paperwork. :)
