The new expanded facility looks very nice, clean and modern. Check in was quick using a tablet and the wait time was reasonable.

The entire staff at Katy Mann Eye Institute is excellent. They run a very tight schedule and I have never waited long based on my appointment time. My reason for 4 stars is the price of their glasses after my excellent insurance is way too high and we have to go elsewhere to get our glasses.
