I always feel like I am a priority when I visit Mann Eye. From check in, to everyone who checks my eyes to the doctors. Excellent care! Only reason they are not a five star is the parking.

Based on the demeanor of the person who checked me in, I wanted to turn around and leave. However, Dr. Chin and her assistants were kind and appeared to be concerned. Most of all the young man at the optical desk was exceptional and so was his co-worker that works alongside him! He was full of smiles and made me feel as though he was so happy to meet and help me pick out new frames. Overall my experience went well.

The service was nice. I got in right at my appointment time the tech who did all the test Was very nice And explained everything he was doing when I saw the doctor. He was nice and told me what was going on in a way that I understood it.

Waited 45 minutes and had a technician that did not know how to do a few machines, and had to ask for help. I have been going here for at least 20 years. Never experienced this.
