I was charged my $60 specialist fee for my appointment, then another $45 for my eye exam for my contacts. What is the $60 for is my question. My total visit before contacts and glasses was $150 because I also paid $45 for a picture of the back of my eyes. I left very displeased about the finances. But the doctor and staff are very good.

My experience with Mann Eye Institute was great! I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days of calling and the wait time for the actual appointment was minimal. The techs were amazing and explained each step of the process and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor was comprehensive and explained what was causing my issue in a way anyone could understand. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there seemed to be a small communication issue because the doctor did not know I'd come in for an issue as well as a comprehensive eye exam so he was about to leave the room and I had to ask about the results of my eye exam. The results were that I need glasses so I'm glad I asked. I would definitely recommend Mann Eye Institute to anyone needing eye care!

My daughter was given eye drops to dilate her eyes and wasn't given the numbing drops first,my only complaint is that she should have been given numbing drops because her eyes were burning and was her vision was blurry for 2 days after.
